At one of houses that we rent on a monthly basis, the attendant had flushed a body wash cloth down the toilet by accident while cleaning and it clogged the toilet, We contacted Prime on their behalf and they came to unclog the toilet, and they were able to come right away so there was no inconvenience and make the bathroom unusable, i was happy with the quickness of their service they were able to give to us,they work quickly to get the task done, and they removed the toilet from the floor and sealed it back appropriate, after watching their work and seeing how quickly they are able to finish the task i trust them to do any task that we need in the future, they charge for the amount of time, products and a drop by fee, all in all the amount was fine.

we purchased all of our supplies from Totem for our deck project, they had everything in stock that we needed for make the deck that we had planned, we got to selection our one products and ensured they were in good shape, not warped, etc. they offered us assistance in loading it into the pick up, they were able to help us right away and offered us speedy service with no long waits, i've purchased from them many times before, and will continue to do so i have never had a bad experience so far

Bartle was hired for my cool air system, i'd rate them a 4/5, -1 pt for the confusion and the delay that they caused, when they finally did arrive 2 weeks late they did their job correctly and got everything working, but they seem to be disorganized at that time, so i don't think i would go back to them again, they kept putting our installation date off causing us confusion and having to cancel work, although all the delays were annoying, they did have friendly staff and apologized each time they were delayed, and they did do the job perfect which is the main and important thing.
