Very mixed bag depending on Templater. Came in measured, failed to review measurements properly. Did not verify or ask questions even though I was on site. Did not bring all pieces for installation. Required re-measurement with cost to me stating that it was he said/she said... even though photos were supplied, and I never held tape. Failed to match corners to each other. Salesperson,installation crew and second templater were exemplary. Manager and first templater were unsatisfactory at best. Owner did not bother to return call. I am initiating dispute with BBB
