We bought some items for plumbing work that my husband was doing in the house at this store. the service was excellent and we found the pieces almost immediately. I liked the store more than a box-store because it was easier to navigate and service was friendlier.
I bought a number of kitchen items for the holidays from Ares. The staff was friendly, there was a lot of selection and everything I needed to make a complicated meal was there. I would definitely recommend the store for anyone from the professional chef to a regular person trying to make a regular meal.
I would say that this store has a lot of selection (some from catalogues) and the prices are decent. The chandelier I bought from here is unique and interesting, the price was right. However, it took me an hour to get service (at least service that was interrupted). However, the saleslady was very nice.
I bought a birch tree for my front yard from this company and they were kind enough to guide me and educate me on the care of the tree. The tree has thrived and was of great quality. I would buy a tree from them again or use one of their services.
I sold my previous home using Proprio Direct and was very happy. The price is right (there is only a 2% commission for the agent) and the service was good. I tried selling it privately before that but could not get enough people interested. My agent through this company ended up selling the house in two weeks!
