Hi, I called Mark late on a Friday afternoon, and he was able to schedule my repair the next morning. On the phone, he asked what was wrong with the unit ( I didn't get voicemail like most shops I called). He called about 5 min before arriving at my house and asked if I wanted a morning coffee (how thoughtful). Mark and his partner assessed the problem within 30 minutes - and then laid out my options and estimated the completion time. The work was done on time, on budget and works great.
