Manager Greg was very patient and considerate when speaking on the phone, despite my amateur attempts to describe the service I required. When their team arrived, they were very quick in analyzing and estimating the price for the repair. I wish I could thank them more. Their rates were also quite reasonable.

There was only one till open making the waiting time very long. We, customers, had to wait at least 10 minutes. I am surprised that they did not open more tills to service customers. The Customer Service table was still not yet open despite a cluster of clerks standing near by, watching the line-up accumulate. Though the cashier was extremely nice, she was flustered from her non-helpful co-workers.
