ISSUE: Burnt out rear element of a glass top stove. SOLUTION: Prompt, next-day consultation, ordering of new element, and installation the following day. SATISFACTION: Great customer service! Tony was knowledgable, efficient and friendly. Good communication with us as well as phone contacts when ordering replacement part. Based on our experience, would absolutely recommend this company!!

In February, my mom decided to move to a studio suite in a Retirement Home. My daughter had used Arby's for two moves, based on a friend's recommendation. I decided to give them a try. Great decision! They were punctual, courteous, careful and cheerfully responded to any and all requests during the move. And, yes, they wore the booties that cover their shoes because of the snow on the ground!! Above all, they charged exactly what they quoted and not a penny more. Sadly, mom passed away only four months after her move. Her belongings needed to be retrieved and, of course, I relied on Arby's to do the job. They were very sympathetic and, again, handled everything with care and tact. So glad I relied on my daughter's recommendation. To give them anything less than a perfect score would not be fair.
