The Tech showed up on time which was great and appreciated.The best thing was the Customer Service person I spoke to on the phone who was Heather S.She was patient and very helpful, even though I had numerous questions and spoke to here on the phone and email more times that most would. She was very professional and EXCELLENT in answering all my questions and concerns. She was more than helpful and if it wasn't for her, I am not sure if I would've hired CSP to install my alarm system. She was great and a great person to have as a contact at CSP. (This note is for the CSP management, you have a winner with that Lady). As I cannot provide the price, I am adding it here. The installation was free and they had a promotion on for the first 6 months free. Contractually you are obligated for the next 2.5 years yet, you can sell the system if you sell the house or take it with you to your new home.
