Our sewer drain backed up into our basement (yuck!). We called Mr. Rooter, and Frano came out with his camera scope (on the weekend!) and located the problem in the exterior pipes. Next day, Vadim and Roman were in our front yard - carefully taking up the sod, and buildng a narrow (2ft x 4 ft) trench (reinforced with wooden beams) to take out the old drain and replace it with new pipes and a sleeve. Vadim and Roman took great care with the replacing the sod, and re-planting the tulip bulbs they discovered. It was like it never happened after they had finished....just like they promised.
