Very poor job, large dust bunnies and hair balls left behind. When I called to complain the company did not return my call. When I called again, the customer service rep was very rude and insisted if I wanted anything done I should have contacted them early. She didn't explain why she never returned my call in the first place. She offered no solutions or compromises on how to rectify the situation. No professionalism, eventually hung up on me. Worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. I couldn't even tell anyone had been there to clean.
