I really wanted to like Brian and feel comfortable with his service. However, I found him to be pushy, ignorant and VERY unprofessional. This was before the work was even completed. We used his service as it was suggested by Veridian, who was completing work and untilized C&R's service as a contractor. I hope that they review this decision and do not enter any further agreements. The finished product was very poor. We called Brian back to advise that we had a lot of cracks in the driveway, prior to any car driviing on it. Now, approximately 1 month after, we have weeds growing through the sides of it. Please be very wary of this company. You will NOT get a response back from them and if you do, it will end up costing you more.

We responded to you several times and attended your property (along with you), as we had promised. Your driveway was completed NOVEMBER 2012, (not a month ago as you have indicated), along with 50 other properties as part of Veridian's. upgrade of your street.
The tiny cracks that appear on the surface are not actually cracks. They are referred to as "checkering". This results from compacting asphalt that is very hot. When the temperatures are cool as they are in November, it can occur as we attempt to obtain the smoothest finish possible .
They are cosmetic will disappear and not have any effect on the service life of your driveway.
In regards to the grass growth at the edges, we hadn't noticed any at our site inspection. Grass will start to grow into the edges when it is not trimmed properly after cutting.Unfortunately there weren't any deficiencies that could be improved upon.
We would be pleased to offer you a sealer coating if you would like. Included is a photo of your driveway.
