I contacted this company in a state of frustration over a virus I had gotten in my asus laptop, and was immediately put at ease by the customer service giver on the other end of the line. As I could only give a general description of the problem, the gentleman recommended several free OnLine virus programs. I now have several issues with other computers in my home (kids laptops) and will not hesitate to take them to Computer Central for repair.
