Big thumbs up to Alex and Jim for removing and installing a new porch enclosure. Alex came and provide me a very reasonable quote and though he wasn't the least expensive his quote was the most thorough. He gave me details of what he was going to do and provided me with options. There were no surprises or additional costs. Due to covid there was a bit of delay in starting the project but he was able to start within 2 months of the initial quote. His installer Jim came alone which gave me some concerns but I was amazed at how quick and efficient he was in removing the old structure and then quickly erecting the new one. He did all this in less than a day and a half all by himself. He was amazing. I highly recommend Alex and Lumina.

Called Avanti for a quote and Peter came to my location within a couple of days. He provided a written detail quote the next day and was able to schedule the work within two days. Jack and crew came out to do the work and Peter helped to explain everything I wanted. Peter made an error in the estimate but the company honored their commitment to me without cutting corners or asking for more money. Very happy with the new walkway. The owner is very meticulous and professional and adamant about doing great work. Thanks Peter and thanks Avanti.

Dealt with Clint Turnbull the owner. I got quote from him which was comparable to most of the other quotes I received. He took time to explain what he was going to do and seemed genuine in making sure the work was done properly. He gave me options and explained differences. Good communication and follow-up which is refreshing. Highly recommended.
