Raza and Ahmed came by on short notice and did thorough and relatively quick work. They were also very careful not to damage/mark anything with their equipment. Highly recommended and I would use them again.

Brent performed a very thorough inspection of our new home and was friendly, punctual, and willing to take the time to explain all matters in detail to my fiance and I who were first time home buyers. In fact, Brent actually performed two inspections, the PDI and 30-day warranty and considers it as one service because of the notorious rush and lack of time in which homebuilders push you through the PDI process. He also emailed photos of all noteworthy items, provides a full written report, and has great customer follow-up. Highly recommended.

Company Response

Thank you for the feedback Keith !!! It is much appreciated! Inspecting new homes are interesting, one would think since it's new, why bother with a home inspection. Over the years I have inspected many a new home that seem to have minimal issues (such as yours, you know, aggravation type things). Yet others seem to have issues that I simply can't believe had been overlooked by the site supervisior. I've done PDI's where major structual components were missing and the homebuilders response simply was "we ran out of metal". I've opened electrial panel boxes where previous fires had been. No one bothered to reinspect it and report that it was safe or not safe to use. Heck, I've even gone into attics where no insulation was present yet people signed off stating that there was. Not only that, it gave the "R" values (a measurement for insulation). So, like you said, the PDI is a bit of a rush job and it's tricky to do a good thorough inspection. That's why I like to come back to do a proper inspetion. It was great meeting with the both of you and thanks again for choosing Classic Home Inspections !
