I had Mark - the owners son & now new owner from what I understand come to my house to price my eaves trough & he gave me a verbal price. I took the afternoon off work to meet him at my house to pick colors and schedule the start, he never showed, took my time & money and never saw him again. I have tried to reach him by phone 12 times, he will not return nor takes my calls. I will have to chalk it up to experience. I was referred to him by a supplier that dealt strictly with his father. Mark is a huge disappointment & please do not let him take you for your time or money like he did with me. He is not trustworthy nor dependable.
