I heard the 310-RENO advertisement on the radio and looked them up on the internet. I found that they had a good review on this site, and after many conversations I decided to use them for my basement. James and Mike were my project supervisors. We had a few disagreements throughout the project, and a couple hurdles, however, they finished the job on-time and did not charge me an extra cent. I was really happy with the way they listened to my ideas and unscheduled changes. Mike was always respectful even if he did not agree with all of my decisions. I realize that there will always be some disagreements when it comes to reno’s, but what matters is the way the company or contractor handles and resolves the problem. If I have to say one thing that I did not like about the project, it would have to be the fact that while they were finishing my basement (4 weeks) they used half of my garage to hold their garbage. However, they did remove it in the end. I told James that they should remove the garbage on a daily basis if he wants to keep customers happy at all times :) Overall, I feel they are a very hardworking and respectful group of gentlemen. I would like to give them a 9.5 out of 10 but that option does not exist. So a 9 out of 10 will have to do.
