(I guess the pun is intended.) I got nervous when I realized I had to shave more out of the countertop to make the slightly larger sink fit. What if I cut too much? Possible given that I've never done this before. Dan happened to be available at a late hour since he had other family matters to tend to not far from me. He was happy to pop in on his way back home. Dan is great to work with, conscientious, reasonably priced, reliable and does good work. What more could you ask for? Dan knows a lot about a lot of things and is probably the go-to guy when your plumber, electrician, or whomever, decides that it's not something they want to do or bill high prices for.

I've called Matt for a few different things (both at home and office) and he's always been prompt, reliable and reasonably priced. Matt's the first person I'll call if I need a plumber.

Moe was a pleasure to work with. Professional, obviously honest, and the only one who was willing to make room in his schedule (even though he was working a great distance away) on short notice. Strange wiring problem where one fixture in a circuit wasn't working. As such, I was worried about a loose connection behind the walls. Anyway, Moe got good exercise running up and down stairs for a while, but he stuck to his quote. I've had no probs with the circuit since that time a month ago. Moe will be the first person I call if I need an electrician.

Couldn't ask for more. We thought this large white cloth couch and chair were a 'write-off'... years-old water stains from an open window; cat attacks; general grime; etc. Vince (Sears employee) was on time; professional; was careful not to make messes; and worked very hard. He ended up removing stains that he initially thought couldn't be removed. That, and a large upholstered antique chair, appeared to be difficult. I was given the choice of backing out of the job before he started or before I was billed. I decided not to clean the large chair given Vince's assessment. That cost was of course taken off the bill/quote. I was also given a few no-cost tips on taking care of upholstery. Definitely recommended. Definitely would use them again.
