We hired Favian to add a bedroom over our garage, add two bathrooms and renovate another. In addition we had floors replaced, a wall removed and a number of other items - a large job overall! He did an absolutely fantastic job. Hos quote was very reasonable. He was easy to work with and would regularly respond to us almost immediately. He was diligent and truly took interest in not just completing the job but doing it right!
