We called on Darby and his fantastic team of professionals to help us resolve some dampness in our basement along the driveway wall. He recommended digging a smaller trench along our foundation to see if the dampness was limited to that area. He came with his crew right on time. After digging the trench they discovered that there was weeping tile installed which was fortunate for us, and he tested it with water to ensure that it was draining as designed, added more waterproofing, parged part of the foundation, and added a window well so that the basement window which sits at almost ground level was protected. He gave us some other ideas around levelling of the driveway which we will do in the spring. Darby is a real diamond amongst the trades and his crew are hardworking, friendly and professional. They explained everything to me and worked continuously over the 2+ days and in the most professional manner.
