From the first phone call to the parting handshake, everything about Hotwire was first class. Hanna was fantastic in making all the arrangements, and Orris is the best...period! Sure I'm gushing, but I've never dealt with a trade ever (and I've dealt with a lot) where the person who came to my home, arrived on time, worked hard the whole day, was polite, professional, and absolutely first rate in every category. Orris is just simply put a high class human being. Not only would I recommend Hotwire, I will be using them again. Trevor
