Worst company I had to deal with in 10 years of business. They ask you for approx $600 upfront for 3months service. After putting traps around, the guy will tell you that he would check every week, which does not happen. Next week, I had to call to get the guy in again. I asked the technician to check my ceiling for dead rat/mice, he finds nothing, except one trap that went off and caught a rat. Next day I go up and find 8 dead mice. This tells me that the technician only pretends to go up and check, but all he does is check his own trap and does not look around thoroughly. The next week, I tried not calling them - the guy does not show up. I called to see what is going on and also to complain about the poor checking routine. The owner does not apologize and all he does is to find excuse for the mistake. He will try every angle to win an argument even at his fault. I got sick of this guy and asked him to end the service. I am shocked to see this company with above 4 star review. If you want the true meaning of 'service,' you don't want this company. You will waste your money.

This place had a disgusting rat and mouse problem that had gone on for a long time before they called us.
We caught two rats on traps and had poison out for mice ,which they were eating.
They obviously had another company before us put out glue boards for the mice that were caught.
We had no idea those were up there as it's a big ceiling.
They shouldn't be complaining to us about the eight mice caught on the glue board.
They should be complaining to the old company that put it out and never followed up.
We missed one week because my Technician was sick and then they fired us.
I have pictures of the rat and mouse droppings up there that has been going on for at least a year.
