We had some problems with our washer and we scheduled a different repairman a week in advance who didn't show for his Sun morning appointment. Called ABC Appliance Repair Sunday, left message and received call back that afternoon. They offered to come out the next day - Monday. Vlad came by and it didn't take him but a few minutes to see that our 7 yr old Kenmore Elite front loader had some serious issues. He walked through the cost of the parts and labor and recommended to my husband to replace instead of repair. Even gave us advice if we wanted to see our existing washer for parts. We appreciated the prompt service, honesty and advise and will definitely use them again in the future. The other guy wanted to charge us $80 for the service call but Vlad only took $25.
