Denys came today to repair our freezer - he called earlier in the day to say that he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier - hurray! Denys was quick, courteous, had a fantastic can-do attitude - after his diagnosis, he explained the problem and his recommended repair and got to work right away!
