An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Amazing company, this is my first time do review for a company on internet. I searched a lot of company who offer small size condo furniture, I have to say, they are good, I heard this company from my friend who bought whole house furniture from them. and I like they are flexible with couch design, because i am living a small condo, and really really hard to buy a small sectional sofa i like, especially color, but this company offer me bunch of color options, and they told me can do any change, the most important thing i like is no charge for most of change, this is a very big difference compare with others, I visited other companies, they also can customize, but it usually take 12 weeks, and always try to take advantage from customer, add some additional charge, but this company does a very fair business, even i been told by sales the leading time will be approximately 6 weeks, I understand and eventually they delivered what they promised, good company, just a remind, if you like their design, wants customize, better to buy early, because it will take few weeks, and you will be a lucky one like me have a unique couch.
