Everything they did had to be taken down. Tiles were up and down about a third of an inch. The shower floor puddled, leaked and had to be ripped out. The tiles behind the valve cover were cut too short. The tiles waited so long to be put on the grout hardened before it was applied as shown in the pics. After the disaster they did he tried to say he was never here but text pictures of the work and my cameras proved otherwise.
