I recently hired Beuscape to undertake the construction of my backyard, and my experience has, unfortunately, been far from satisfactory. Initially, everything seemed promising. Adrians demeanor during the pre-construction meetings was friendly and professional, which gave me hope for a smooth process. However, my optimism quickly faded once the project commenced. On the second day of construction, I discovered that Adrian had subcontracted the work to another company without my prior knowledge. This was not communicated to me, which set a troubling precedent for the lack of transparency that would follow. The foreman who was sent to work on my property was incredibly rude and, to make matters worse, had a language barrier that made communication nearly impossible. It was frustrating to try to convey my needs and queries to someone who couldn't understand me. Despite my efforts to collaborate and move forward with the construction, I found myself largely ignored by Adrian. Whenever I tried to reach out for assistance or clarification, I was consistently redirected to the owner of the subcontracting company. This lack of accountability was disheartening, and it became clear that my concerns were not a priority. Four months down the line, I noticed significant issues with the work completed. Water from my property was draining onto my neighbor's side, and the fence was leaning due to improper grading. Upon inspecting the site, I realized that the drain pipe had not been installed deep enough, exacerbating the drainage problem. Additionally, the gravel and interlocking pavers along the fence were in direct contact with the fence panels, causing further damage. Frustrated but hopeful for a resolution, I reached out to Adrian once more. Initially, he agreed to come and assess the situation. However, on the day he was supposed to visit, he blocked my number and ceased all communication. My attempts to follow up via email went unanswered, leaving me feeling abandoned. In summary, my experience with Beuscape has been disappointing, to say the least. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and subpar workmanship have led to a project that not only took longer than expected but also resulted in new issues that were not present before the construction. I would caution anyone considering hiring this contractor: if you want peace of mind and quality work, look elsewhere. Trust meinvesting your money in Beuscape could be a costly mistake.
