Extremely disappointed with Apollo Moving's customer service. While their cancellation policy seemed straightforward (2 weeks notice), getting my deposit refund was like pulling teeth. Despite cancelling well in advance and multiple calls to Ryan confirming my request, it took several days and repeated follow-ups to finally receive the refund! This lack of responsiveness and urgency was unacceptable and unprofessional, especially when dealing with the stress of a lease that fell through. If you value efficient and reliable service with great customer rep's, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere! They provide good service up until you decide to cancel on them for valid reasons with sufficient notice
