Unfortunately our experience has not been good. We hired One of kind contracting/Ryan to fix up our trailer. It was impossible to know the scope of the project so we signed a time and materials contract. Everything seemed to be going fine until we started to ask questions because the billing didnt seem to add up. Asking for a weekly accounting of hours worked and tasks done was refused. Asking for receipts for the materials bought was also refused. Our contract said this would be provided. It has been a very unpleasant and stressful process that we are still attempting to resolve through external means.
