I was referred to Level Up by a friend who spoke very highly about the quality and service they received from this company. I have to say, I was a bit skeptical given the poor experience I had with other contractors . From the moment I met Michael Nash, I was impressed by his professionalism and practical approach to understanding the project and being able to deliver on my vision. Level Up exceeded my expectations!! I was thoroughly pleased with the end result of the two bathrooms they renovated in my home. Beyond the fact that the project stayed within budget, I cant tell you how impressed I was with the Level Up team from design to construction to clean up. But what really made the difference was the timing. Before the job started, Michael provided a detailed schedule for the project, which I thought would be for guideline purposes only, since every contractor I have hired has been 2-3 weeks later than they promised. Well that certainly was not the case with Level Up who completed the project in two and a half weeks as promised. I cant say enough about the great job Level Up did and will definitely use them again and refer them to all of my family and friends.
