Ivan did an excellent job fixing the walkway at the side of my house. Over time, the old concrete had sunk and was sloping towards the house, causing water to accumulate. With the many heavy rainfalls we've had in the last couple of years, it was time to correct it. Since my neighbor's property is higher than mine, the groundwater naturally pooled near my house. Ivan removed the old concrete, Installed new beautiful paver stones, and installed a French Drain system with weeping tiles to manage any excess water. Ivan was professional, reliable, and very communicative. He genuinely cared about my satisfaction, answered all my questions, and encouraged site meetings to ensure everything met my expectations. He also kept me updated on the progress when I wasn't around, making the project very easy for me at a very busy time in my life. I have already recommended Ivan to other people I know.
