We noticed a couple large water marks on the ceiling - one still damp, underneath two upstairs bathrooms and narrowed it down to one of the bathrooms. Jack (Giac) set an appointment to come to professionally troubleshoot where the water was coming from. He was very thorough and did deduce that the leak was coming from the shower and gave some options for the way forward. We will definitely contact GS1 again and we will recommend GS1 to others.
