I wasn't sure what needed to be done with my father's roof and the most important thing to me was finding someone I could trust. The roofing scene can be tricky to navigate. I've had bad luck in the past. Ontario Downspout Services had been recommended by a neighbour. Harvey answered the phone and he was a calming and thoughtful soul who started the whole process on a promising note. Mark was awesome. He arranged to meet up with me in record time to discuss the project. The terms were fair and the contract was thorough. We figured the job would be 2 days... 3 at the most. The whole thing was done in less than one day. The crew were ninjas. Within a matter of hours we had a fabulous new roof and eaves and downspouts and the other bits that I can't name. And they left the place spotless. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
