I have a tankless water heater issue. A technician name Leon called me and ask if he can come by in one hour and he was exactly in time. Liam asked me questions, regarding the tank and he was super helpful and was able to diagnose the problem and found the case. He was ordered some parts from the USA to fix my water heater and in a few days this work would be done. I am very happy with how experienced and friendly he was. Thanks Liam.
