This ended up being above the original quote, but there were mitigating circumstances. I selected Paradigm based on my initial interaction with Jon. I had received a number of replies to my service order, but it was Jon who contacted me directly to speak with me and gave me a breakdown of what he'd charge and what he thought it would take. While it wasn't Jon who came the worker was conscientious and efficient. When he came upon an issue that would take more time than expected to install the new faucet he let me know right away. This involved having to cut out some of the under cabinet to be able to enable the bracket and hoses to be fitted. He must have called Jon to let him know there was an issue as I received a call from Jon to let me know as well that it was going to go over the expected time frame. When he was done everything was cleaned up and the old faucet was taken away. There was an issue I discovered after the install and Jon came back and personally and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction.
