Administratoin is terrible. We have been leaving messages requesting service and information for weeks. Service manager has given us his personal cell, and still no response or followup. Air conditioner had been malfunctioning all summer, and is not completely non-functional. This same story has recurred for several summers. NOTE: Actual service people, when they arrive have been professional and excellent. The problem is getting service scheduled. (I will be happy to retract this review, if someone responds to our call and arranges service on our unit).
