This company is a great property management team. When required, the maintenance people are prompt, courteous and have effective and timely repair skills that make the project go very well. Replaced carpet in basement, team worked well together, took care of tenant's items and completed the job in estimated time. Would recommend again.
Transaction completed through kijiji.ca, and did not have referrals. I knew this individual from school many years ago, and he came out for an estimate. He was honest and flexible, and I hired him on. He was dedicated to the job, made additions and alterations to the work required when necessary and was good at cleaning up after the job. No complaints. Recommended.

Even with the promise of a cash transaction, I still had to wait for a second plumber to come out to complete the work. I was told the one who was coming out was the best, however he didnt know how to do the work I had requested. I still had to pay for the down time of waiting for man #2, and I was NOT impressed. Work was completed, however for the timeline (5+ hours???) I expected more. Costs were labour only, I provided most of the parts.
