I hired High Stream Moving to transport a baby grand piano. They did not show for the scheduled move time and no attempts to communicate the delay were made. I had to reach out myself, only to be told they couldnt provide an estimated arrival window. Eventually, the move was rescheduled for the following day, but was delayed twice more and the movers didnt show up until 11:00 PM. I understand that delays are sometimes inevitable, but a heads up wouldve been appreciated. This was significantly inconvenient, not just for me, but also for the family I was purchasing the piano from, who had to cancel their weekend plans because of all the delays. The coordinator had promised a discount for the inconvenience, which was never honored. I was willing to look past all this - until I noticed that the piano was severely damaged during the move. I hired a piano technician who confirmed that a bolt from one of the legs (piano legs were removed for transport) was reinstalled incorrectly, protruding through the key bed and damaging the key frame, rendering several keys unplayable. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and kindly request coverage for the repair costs, I have received no response. I highly recommend avoiding this company if you value your time, property, and peace of mind.
