WE have worked with Cadaxx on a number of projects over the years and they always come through for us. From their fast turnaround time on drawings to soling problems, Alex and Sarah never disappoint. This particular project posed a challenge in that the city wanted a property survey for the underpinning permit but the homeowner didn't have one nor did we want to delay the project by many weeks. Cadaxx worked with us and the structural engineer to convince the city that a site plan was sufficient. There are lots of designers in the city but Cadaxx has proven that they are willing to think outside the box and do what's necessary to get a job done. I fully recommend them to anyone looking for architectural design services.
