Very happy with the design , quality and construction of the cabinets but that's where it ends . The installation date changed the night before the kitchen was to be installed ,then when it finally came 6 pieces ( pull out doors ) were the wrong style and 3 different doors didn't fit . It's been 2 weeks now and I have been told nothing will be ready for another week because they are on vacation ? So to sum it up , we've waited SO FAR 12 weeks for a kitchen that was to be finished in 8 weeks . Apparently this doesn't happen " we just happen to be the unfortunate ones "

We don't claim that things don't happen. We all know in renovations things can and will happen.
We do however remedy challenges ASAP. In your case the lead time for manufacturing was 8-10 weeks, plus the 2 weeks to manufacture new drawer fronts. In checking with the service department, your fronts were installed on the 16th day. Keeping in mind that these were replacement fronts and you had full use of the kitchen during this time.
We cannot say for certain, but two weeks to wrap up all warranty work and not cause any project delays is reasonable in the industry. Had any issue come up that might have impacted project timelines we have the capacity to manufacture new parts overnight.We hope you enjoy your purchase for decades to come, and we look forward to tending to any of your needs throughout this time.
