UPDATE: Company has responded, turned a 2 to an 8 with prompt follow up and service. Might have been an unfortunate rare incident but good learning for them. I am currently in the middle of having a quote for replacing a bay window in our kitchen area. Paid a deposit, guy came to measure my window, he stated a pane replacement was best solution instead of a whole new window (appreciated the honesty). I haven't heard ANYTHING from the company since with deposit chq cashed - TERRIBLE experience so far - they have a small window to turn this around if not, I will use my influence with the BBB (trust me this will come back to bite your company).
