Both Vadim (the owner of Seva Cleaning) and Alex (Vadims partner) came to my condo for the cleaning of my bedroom carpet and mattress. I looked around Google for a good carpet and mattress cleaning company and decided to go with Seva for its price and positive reviews. I would say that all the positive reviews on here are reflective of their service! Vadim was swift in his text communication and was able to arrange for the cleaning 2 days after I contacted him. Alex was able to instantly remove the 3-years-old yellow water stains on my mattress with a magical eco-friendly cleaning spray. He also cleaned my bedrooms carpet by first removing years-old makeup powder stains with the same spray used on the mattress. He then used a steaming machine to clean the rest of the carpet which dried after some hours. Though my carpet wont look brand new due to years of misuse by previous tenants, it is much cleaner and brighter than it was before. And the bucket of dirty water in the photo attached shows how much gunk was removed! There was a yellow stain in the bedroom carpet after drying. Vadim said its probably an old stain that was there before that became visible after deep cleaning. Both Vadim and Alex came back to remove the stain which is gone now as well as remove some barely visible water stains on my mattress that I noticed after the job. I have attached befores and afters of my carpet and mattress. Alex also asked if I wanted to clean my velvet dining chairs (they clean upholstery and furniture as well) and I agreed to the add-on service. My 5-year-old chairs feel and look cleaner even though at first, I thought there was a stiff and worn out feel to it. I was told that its normal after steam cleaning with chemicals. With Alexs fluffing of the velvet with a brush, my chairs look great again! Both Vadim and Alex are friendly and helpful. They also live close by which is a plus!
