We had Ben Larson out to our home twice now and he's always knowledgeable, professional, and dependable. He snaked our sewer line once to alleviate a back flow issue we were having with our water and it did the trick! He also came out another time to trouble shoot my minor glass shower leak that was somehow seeping into my plaster walls.....he determined the cause right there and told me to use silicone, which I did, and which fixed the issue lickity split. Didn't even have to pay him for the visit! A++

We hired Greg and shortly after moving in realized we wished we had gone with our first choice of home inspector. He failed to tell us about an improperly plumbed in basement sink that proceed to back flow and flood. He failed to notice that the dryer venting was not even connected to the outside (major fire concern). He failed to notice that there are two attics in this home and that the one attic had mould issues plus holes in the roofs plywood. Also failed to notice various drainage issues outdoors. Update: I do recall him going to all the cold air returns to test them, and he did record no issues in our report, so were we surprised when we recently realized the two bedroom cold air returns were not working (one stuffed with insulation/one not hooked up at all)? Nope.....seems these are things a home inspector would catch, no? Was he friendly and I suppose knowledgeable...Sure, seemed to be. Was he thorough...not with our inspection. Would not recommend.

Our most stressful experience ever was dealing with Shawn and our project. He was pleasant up until he actually started the project and then we quickly realized he had forgotten our design plans and ideas and was just doing things on his own and making changes without first even discussing them with us! We also noticed he was not following the contract and had altered items from the quotes without first discussing the changes (but we noticed this too late to do anything) In the end the final product was not what we had wanted, we had and still have deficiencies and issues with workmanship and we have safety concerns with the work done. I would never recommend hiring this company.
