Replace existing venting with insulated venting and proper bathroom exterior vent through the room. The existing vent was going through a roof vent, which was not correct. Work was done in a clean, safe, friendly, and professional manner. Would recommend again.

I called Those Roofers to give me an estimate on a property I have in Scarborough. It was a bungalow with about 1200 sqft in size. There was an attached carport that ran the lenght of the house and was wide enough for 1 car. There was also a shed at about 150 sqft. They were the only roofers to give an estimate. There was mold in the attic, which was getting into the main bedroom. The cause of this was due to improper bathroom venting, which they fixed! They did a great job on the roof, and replaced the pieces of plywood that was necessary. Clean up was not an issue at this property. I got them to do my second property, which was a much larger job. There were about 3 to 4 layers of shingles they had to remove, which made the job much harder. I got 5 quotes in total for this property, due to the cost being very high. Their price was competitive, so I choose to use them again. During the build, they informed me of any issues and recommendations that came along. They also replaced all of the eaves troughs, and did an excellent job with them. They look very nice. They had to replace all of the plywood for this property, strengthen some portions of the roof, and cap off two chimneys. For this property, they left some mess, but nothing to stop me from recommending them again. Overall, they know their stuff, are polite, and down to earth guys. I highly recommend them, and I'm sure I will be using their services in the future.
