Being first time home buyers we were stressed about the idea of somehow finding a reputable and reliable roofer - especially considering we are new in town. After getting quotes from numerous companies, not limited to but including Better Contracting and Avenue Road, the thought of having to pay upwards of $30k was unappealing to say the least. We contacted Jake on a reference from a friend. From start to finish he was considerate, professional and accommodating. Unlike the other companies we spoke to Rosman does not sub out their work – Jake sells the service and physically does the work (along with his team – his father included). The pride in his work showed. Our only concern was the cost. How is it possible that his quote can come in $15k-$20k lower than the others more “known” companies? That was our biggest hurdle – getting over the cost and believing that he could do a good job for the amount estimated. We have both flat and slanted areas of our roof. He repaired them, replaced some plywood were needed, upgraded our roof hatch (for the rooftop patio) and even trimmed the trees around our house (at no additional charge I might add). His team was in and out in three days and left our yard spotless. We have been through a few rain days since and are still bone dry. It’s nice to actually enjoy the sound of rain as opposed to having to dread it previously. No leaks. We whole-heartedly recommend Jake and Rosman Roofing. Thanks!
