I had Chris come in and do a dwelling separation so I could use it as a suite to rent out. And I'm so happy I did. Everything was done in a timely manner and all the permits were done. Chris was professional, helpful, friendly and was very knowledgeable about what needs to be done . Best contractor in gta so far unlike others he deliver the work as promised without delays and work smart I'm considering changing something's upstairs now and Akkt Renovation Inc is my first and only choice to do my Renovations
