Mark is an extremely diligent, hard-working person with an incredibly strong work ethic. He took the time to determine the ideal dimensions for a walkway and steps in order to reduce paver cuts to a bare minimum. The finished job looks great. He even picked up a door for me because it wouldn't fit in my car! I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Mark services.

At first Stefano was great, very responsive. But after installing the wrong plumbing fitting (dishwasher wye instead of a washing machine wye), he left for vacation and couldn't send anyone else to rectify the deficiency. He finally scheduled a visit for two weeks later, then cancelled due to a delay in his return flight from vacation, which I completely understand, however, i haven't heard from him in over 2 weeks and had to hire someone else to fix his mistake. I respectfully requested a partial refund but still haven't heard from him after another week. Meanwhile, he knew that we couldn't use the washer due to his deficiency, but still no response/empathy. Very disappointed.
