Hassan, the Service Manager, lacks knowledge of what is required to register an imported vehicle. The paperwork issued by Border Services was complete as confirmed by them. After I was sent away by an unprofessional service prrson at the counter, I called Hassan, the Service Manager. Without looking at the paperwork, Hassan told me to call Border Services to unnecessarily confirm that all was in order. Two trips, the 2nd of which was totally uncessary, as well as aggravating, and no courtesy or apology. Overall it was a bad experience.
