Sustain Plumbing and Heating provided me with professional, prompt, and affordable plumbing services. I found them online through Homestars. Their estimate was competitive and fair. The first time I used them was to install a water filter under my kitchen sink. They stayed within the quote and were respectful of my home, and knowledgeable about the work. When I asked for further quotes for a future bathroom reno they asked my permission to access the bathroom and that felt very respectful of my space. On my second call the toilet had stopped running. I asked for help to replace it. The serviceman suggested that he bring parts to try to fix it first. He was able to anticipate what was needed and supplied the parts in the first and only trip. My toilet that has had issues running for years was fixed in no time, and again at a reasonable rate. This saved me hundreds of dollars on replacing it at a time when I was not ready to do so. I would recommend these folks for small or big jobs. I had a quote for the bathroom reno the same day I asked about it and will definitely use them when I get that work done next year!

I got Megaroofing's name from Homestars when I was looking for someone to clean my eavestrophs. They were quick to respond, used Google Street to view my property, and quoted me that same day. Their price was competitive, and really the best out there. They answered my questions and confirmed no mess would be left behind - this was true. Their service day was 2 days after a huge hail storm. When they came there were leaves and asphalt shingle carnage all-over my sidewalks, deck, and balcony. Not only did they quickly and efficiently clean out my gutters, but they also used their leave blower to blow all the debris off my walkways and deck. It took them 2 minutes what would have taken me 30 or more. It saved me a lot of hassle. I was impressed with their work on the gutters being quick and with no mess... but they knocked it out of the park by taking the extra step to blow away other debris. Thanks guys! I will be calling when I need a roof.
