Tobias did a really nice job. I had an apartment that had been seriously neglected. The tenants smoked in it for 12 years. After the people left, I thought it was a complete gut job. Toby was able to make great suggestions that saved me money. He took the time to ensure the work was done right, and the finishes were done well. Price was as quoted, in the time he promised. Id highly recommend him.
