In 2 days, Lucas and his team washed our windows (inside and out), the front siding, and replaced the polymer sand of our unistone patio. Lucas and his team were polite, efficient and thorough. Day 1 was spent pressuring washing out the old sand (and moss, and weeds...) as well as washing the front siding and windows. the interior windows and screens were also washed on day 1. The back window exteriors were washed once the pressure washing was done. Day 2 the team brushed in the polymer sand, and then hosed it down to set the polymer sand at the end of the day. The windows and patio look great! A few tips to improve: A call to confirm the appointment would be nice. Putting the gas-powered pressure washer compressor on a raised platform would prevent killing patches of grass. Waiting to do the windows until after the polymer is set would prevent hazing of the freshly cleaned windows in proximity to the patio.
