My Microsoft Surface Pro touch screen and track pad were malfunctioning and not allowing me access to complete my work. I was in a bit of a panic and called Lucas. He arranged for me to drop off my computer at his shop within minutes. 2 hours later, his tech. Thomas fix my computer and I was back in business.
